暑假雖短短數個星期,但感覺身體肌肉不如在課期間來得堅實;一些舞步也似乎變得生疏。想起教授叮嚀我們日常練習的重要,便利用瑣碎之時,如離開電腦桌的空擋,找個地方,把一些舞步再慢慢踏回來,同時也讓緊繃的身體,有了伸展及放鬆的機會;也對我的生活與工作有相當的助益。

希望明天的課能夠跟得上大家腳步,盡快跟上軌道。

Even just a couple of weeks for summer break, I feel my muscle, especially my legs, is not as hard as the days in the dance class. So is my dance moves, it becomes more and more unfamiliar to me.

That makes me think that professor Hsu once told us how important a daily practice is. So I took a chance of practicing my basic's dance moves by leaving from my desk at work. It is very helpful and even lessens my tension.

I hope I can catch up other members in class tomorrow and everything could go well.
